Unlike conventional online PDF services that upload your confidential contracts and signatures to cloud servers, SignPDFOnline processes 100% of your documents entirely within your browser on your device.

Your PDF files, drawn or typed signatures, uploaded signature images, and final signed PDF documents are NEVER transmitted to our web servers, stored in remote databases, or shared with any third party.

2. What Information Stays on Your Device

• PDF Documents: Loaded directly into your browser's local memory using HTML5 File API and WebAssembly / JavaScript rendering engines. They are never uploaded.
• Signature Assets: Signatures you draw, type, or upload are processed via client-side Canvas and stored solely in your browser's local IndexedDB for your convenience.
• 5-Minute Accidental Close Recovery: In order to protect your work if your browser tab is accidentally closed, your active session is temporarily retained in client-side IndexedDB for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of inactivity or browser closure, this local session data is automatically purged. You can also click "Clear All Data" at any time to instantly wipe all local storage.

If web analytics are utilized, they only track aggregate, non-personally identifiable technical telemetry (such as page views, browser type, device category, and whether a PDF signing operation completed successfully). We never log filenames, document metadata, or signature graphics.

Because we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal documents to our servers, there is no server-side personal data to view, export, or delete. All user document data resides exclusively under your direct control on your physical hardware.
