SignPDFOnline provides a browser-based utility that enables users to load PDF files locally, create digital signatures (drawn, typed, or uploaded), place them onto document pages, and export signed PDFs. All file processing occurs client-side on the user's device without transmitting document content to our servers.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use SignPDFOnline solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the tool to forge signatures, commit fraud, or infringe on the intellectual property or legal rights of third parties.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the availability of the web service.
Transmit any malicious scripts or viruses through files uploaded to your browser memory.

4. Electronic Signatures Legal Notice

SignPDFOnline is an electronic signing facilitation tool. While electronic signatures are recognized in many jurisdictions (such as the US ESIGN Act, EU eIDAS, and India Information Technology Act 2000), certain documents (e.g. wills, real estate conveyances, court orders, family law agreements) may require specific formal execution procedures or certified digital cryptographic signatures. In no event shall the creators or operators of SignPDFOnline be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access or use of the service.
